Abstract: A method to provide health care information includes: transmitting information on a target exercise amount determined based on a user input to a server; receiving exercise pattern information selected based on the information on the target exercise amount from a server; displaying the information on the target exercise amount by time slot based on the received exercise pattern information to achieve the target exercise; acquiring user exercise amount information; transmitting the acquired user exercise amount information to the server; receiving exercise pattern information changed by the server from the server; and changing the displayed target exercise amount by time based on the changed exercise pattern information.
