Abstract: Disclosed is a flat inductor with an increased quality factor in which a coil is disposed in a magnetic medium layer. The disposed magnetic medium layer may change the distribution of the current density of the flat inductor. The effective resistance of the flat inductor is reduced due to the changed current density distribution. Therefore, the quality factor of the flat inductor is increased.
