Abstract: 본 발명은 디지털 방송(Digital Broadcasting) 수신장치의 위치에 따라 채널 선호도를 미리 파악하여 우선순위가 높은 채널(이하 우선 채널이라 함.)에 관한 정보를 구축함으로써 사용자가 디지털 방송을 시청할 때마다 매번 채널 재설정 혹은 이를 위한 키 조작을 하지 않아도 되거나 그 횟수를 줄일 수 있는 디지털 방송 시스템과 그에 따른 방법에 관한 것이다. 디지털 방송 시스템에서 디지털 방송 수신장치에 우선 채널을 표시하는 방법은 상기 디지털 방송 수신장치의 위치들을 측정해서 상기 측정된 위치들에서 각각 선국된 채널들을 상기 측정된 위치들의 우선 채널들로 저장하는 과정 및 상기 디지털 방송 수신장치에서 디지털 방송 수신을 시도하면 상기 디지털 방송 수신장치의 위치를 측정해서 상기 측정된 위치의 우선 채널을 상기 미리 저장된 우선 채널들 중에서 검색하여 상기 디지털 방송 수신장치에 표시하는 과정을 포함함을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A terminal controller and a method using motion recognition are provided to prevent the undesirable mode switching by judging a screen mode switching request based on the value of an operational sensor. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(101) transfers the input information of a user to a control unit, and a motion sensor(103) measures a value of a 3-axial sensor which varies depending on the poser and motion of a terminal, and transfers the measured value to the control unit. A storage unit(104) stores a screen mode corresponding to the pose or motion of the terminal. The control unit judges the pose or motion of the terminal based on the value of the 3 axial sensor, and the control unit maintains the screen mode if the variation value of a certain axis among the 3 axes is larger than the variable values of the rest two axes.
