Abstract: An inkjet apparatus and a method of driving the inkjet apparatus are provided to individually control multiple nozzles, easily adjust the quantity of ink jetted from each nozzle and an ink jetting rate of each nozzle and reduce the manufacturing cost. A method of driving an inkjet apparatus includes a step(S1) of applying the same driving pulse signal to multiple piezoelectric elements, a step(S3) of measuring a jetting rate of each nozzle and the quantity of a material jetted from each nozzle, a step(S7) of comparing the jetting rate with a predetermined reference allowance to control the magnitude of the applied voltage of the driving pulse signal, and a step(S15) of controlling at least one of the duration of the applied voltage of the driving pulse signal, the rising time of the applied voltage of the driving pulse signal and the falling time of the applied voltage.
