Abstract: A washer supporting a flexible printed circuit assembly, a head stack assembly with the washer, and a hard disk drive with the head stack assembly are provided to improve the accuracy of HSA rotation control and track seek performance as a limiter of a washer suppresses the tremor of a HSA connection part of a FPCA. A washer(140) supporting a FPCA(160) comprises: a fastening opening(141) through which a bottom part(123) of a pivot bearing(121) passes; a limiter(143) which is combined in a part of a HSA(head stack assembly,120) and which suppresses tremor due to the rotation of the HSA of a FPCA(flexible printed circuit board) end part of a hard disk drive. The washer is combined in the bottom part of a pivot bearing before a screwnut(135) is screwed in the pivot bearing in assembly of the HSA (head stack assembly) of the hard disk drive.
