According to the present invention, a coenzyme A-dependent succinate semialdehyde dehydrogenase (SUCD) expresses microorganisms on vectors wherein the microorganisms are allowed to efficiently produce a C4 compound, so various C4 compounds can be produced by using modified genes of the microorganism. In addition, producing the C4 compound by the microorganism has an outstanding productivity, so the microorganism is industrially highly applicable.

An apparatus for converting IPv4 to IPv6 using a dual stack and method thereof, where it is possible to support an IPv4-to-IPv6 conversion when a connection from an IPv4 node to an IPv6 node is initialized and even in case that there exists two or more DSTM TEPs (Dual Stack Transition Mechanism Tunneling End Point) in a DSTM domain. The apparatus for converting IPv4 to IPv6 using a dual stack in accordance with the present invention includes a DSTM server for, in case of receiving a DNS query message of an IPv4 type for a DSTM host from an IPv4 DNS server, converting the DNS query message of the received IPv4 type to a DNS query message of an IPv6 type which requests the IPv4 address and the IPv6 address of the DSTM host and transmitting the converted message to the IPv6 DNS server, and in case of not receiving a DNS response message including an IPv4 address of the DSTM host from the IPv6 DNS server, assigning an arbitrary IPv4 address to the DSTM host, registering the assigned IPv4 address in the IPv6 DNS server, informing the DSTM host of the assigned IPv4 address, and transmitting the assigned IPv4 address to the IPv4 DNS server; and a DSTM gateway.

PURPOSE: A position-controllable monitoring camera and a method for controlling the camera are provided to adaptively control location errors of a fan motor and a tilt motor, caused by loss of a driving pulse, in response to a monitoring mode. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring camera(200) includes a communication interface(260), a fan sensor(240), a tile sensor(245), a controller(270), and motor driver(230). The communication interface receives a select signal with respect to a predetermined monitoring mode. The fan sensor detects a reference position of a fan motor(222) for horizontally rotating the camera. The tilt sensor detects a reference position of a tilt motor(224) for vertically rotating the camera. The controller adaptively outputs a driving control signal for driving the fan motor and/or the tilt motor in response to the monitoring mode select signal. The controller outputs the driving control signal such that the fan sensor and/or the tilt sensor detect the reference positions of the fan motor and/or the tilt motor at a predetermined period. The motor driver rotates the fan motor and the tilt motor in a predetermined direction in response to the driving control signal.

CONSTITUTION: The CCTV system comprises: a camera(10) which detects the movement by photographing the object and is connected with a wire LAN and has an allocated IP address; a VCR(20) recording the image signal outputted from the camera; a web phone(30) which has an approaching point(31) able to receive data wirelessly and an allocated IP address and receives the image signal, being connected with wireless LAN; and a server(40) which observes the camera and sends the image signal from the camera to the VCR and has an approaching point(41) to transmit data to the web phone wirelessly.
