Abstract: An image forming system, a wireless communication system, and a reception message informing method thereof are provided to enable a user to obtain an updated reception message updated in the image forming device without any additional operation by enabling the image forming device to inform a user mobile terminal of the updated message automatically when the registered mobile terminal of a user is recognized. A Bluetooth transceiver(175) perform Bluetooth communication with a mobile terminal(200). A storage unit(120) stores ID information of the mobile terminal. A controller(190) collects information for a message received from the outside to transmit the received message to the mobile terminal corresponding to the ID information, and enables the Bluetooth transceiver to transmit the collected information to the mobile terminal corresponding to the ID information. Abstract: PURPOSE: A unit for scanning images capable of sensing a front end of a paper and a method therefor are provided to detect a scanning point of a paper regardless of the thickness and a material of the paper, thereby accurately discriminating a front ends of the paper to be scanned. CONSTITUTION: If power is applied to a complex machine(100), a paper insertion detector(121) detects whether a paper is inserted, and outputs a detection result signal to a control unit(170). A transfer roller(122) transfers the paper to a reference position which is preliminarily set. A white roller(124) rotates as many as line scan units preliminarily set. A paper reader(125) reads an image located at a place opposite to the white roller by using a CIS(Contact Image Sensor) or a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) image sensor. The control unit judges whether image data read from the paper reader coincide with reference data preliminarily set. If the data are different, the read image data are processed as paper data to be scanned.

본 발명에 의하면, 용지에 표시된 화상을 읽어들이는 이미지 센서의 오염을 진단하는 방법에 있어서, 용지를 장착하지 않고 이미지 센서를 사용하여 시험이미지를 획득하고, 시험이미지의 영상수치를 기준이미지의 영상수치와 대응되는 일정 크기의 면적 단위로 비교하며, 시험이미지와 기준이미지의 영상수치의 차이가 제1 기준 이하이면 이미지 센서가 오염되지 않은 것으로 판단하고, 제1 기준보다 크면 시험이미지의 일정 크기의 면적 단위들간에 영상수치를 서로 비교하여, 그 차이가 제2 기준보다 크면 이미지 센서가 오염된 것으로 판단하여, 필요시에는 사용자에게 통보한다. 이를 통해 자동으로 이미지 센서의 오염여부를 검사하여 오염되었을 경우 이를 사용자에게 알려 줌으로서 사용자가 보수할 수 있도록 하여 이미지 획득에 이상이 생길 수 있는 가능성을 미리 차단하여 최상의 조건에서 화상을 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 그 결과 사용자가 스캐너, 팩시밀리, 복합기 등의 장치를 이용하는 환경을 개선하게 한다.
