Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for attaching a polarizing plate is provided to attach the polarizing plate to an assembled substrate having a plurality of LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) unit cells. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(440) for attaching a polarizing plate includes a base(450), a cutting module(480), a protection sheet strip module(500), and a polarizing plate attaching module(460). The cutting module is mounted on the base and cuts out a polarizing plate from a polarizing plate material board. The protection sheet strip module is mounted on the base and strips a protection sheet covering the polarizing plate. The polarizing plate attaching module is mounted on the base and attaches the polarizing plate to one side of an assembled substrate including LCD unit cells.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A spacer diffusion device for fabricating an LCD device is provided to install a spacer or an ion generator for supplying an icon neutralizing a chamber inner wall, to easily detach the spacer attached to the chamber inner wall during a spacer diffusion work, so as to easily clean a chamber as well as stabilizing the diffusion atmosphere of the chamber after cleaning. CONSTITUTION: A feeder(30) supplies a spacer. A milling pipe(20) is installed with an electrostatic box(24) for milling the spacer into particles and charging the spacer. A spacer diffusion work is performed in a diffusion chamber(10). A controller controls the whole operations. The feeder(30) includes a roll(32) having a micro groove on a side of a metal cylinder. A spacer is filled in the groove of the roll(32). The milling pipe(20) is connected to the feeder(30) and the diffusion chamber(10). The electrostatic box(24) charges the spacer to "plus". A spacer intensity sensor(22) is installed in the milling pipe(20) to measure the amount of the spacer.

Abstract: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel sealing device and method for manufacturing an LCD by using the sealing device are provided to increase the accuracy of dispensing a sealant to a liquid crystal injection hole of an LCD panel, thereby eliminating the necessity for an additional cleaning process and thus improving process efficiency. An LCD panel sealing device includes a table(100), a dispenser(200), a sealant supply(300), and an LCD panel sensor(400). The table has a receiving space for receiving a plurality of LCD panels(600). The dispenser is moved on the table and dispenses a sealant(350) to liquid crystal injection holes of the LCD panels located in the receiving space.
