    Abstract: PURPOSE: A multi channel communication device and a method thereof are provided to increase a throughput by transmitting a frame through a multi channel. CONSTITUTION: A channel state checking unit(110) checks an idle channel and a busy channel by checking a state of each multi channel. A multi frame configuring unit(120) selects idle channels. The multi frame configuring unit configures a frame to be transmitted by a selected number of partial frames. A multi frame transmitting unit(130) transmits channels corresponding to the partial frames. Each partial frame includes a destination address, a source address, and a sequence number of header information of a frame. A block identifier identifies the partial frames.
