PURPOSE: A multi channel communication device and a method thereof are provided to increase a throughput by transmitting a frame through a multi channel. CONSTITUTION: A channel state checking unit(110) checks an idle channel and a busy channel by checking a state of each multi channel. A multi frame configuring unit(120) selects idle channels. The multi frame configuring unit configures a frame to be transmitted by a selected number of partial frames. A multi frame transmitting unit(130) transmits channels corresponding to the partial frames. Each partial frame includes a destination address, a source address, and a sequence number of header information of a frame. A block identifier identifies the partial frames.

PURPOSE: A method for recomposing a protocol of an application program and a device thereof are provided to recompose the protocol to providing the quality of service demanded by application programs, sensors, and digital devices by implementing the protocol for combining and recomposing component modules. CONSTITUTION: An analyzing unit(110) analyzes demand information of an application program and system information obtained from a protocol layer. A protocol engine(130) determines protocol composition information including a protocol recomposed for the application program and a system parameter for the protocol based on the analysis result. A protocol implementing unit(150) determines a connection relation between component modules for implementing the recomposed protocol according to the protocol composition information. A composition protocol stack(170) includes a memory including stacks of the components modules. PURPOSE: A mobile terminal guaranteeing operation time of a sensor application, a control method of the mobile terminal and a system guaranteeing the operation time of the sensor application in the mobile terminal are provided to calculate preservation energy for driving the sensor application, thereby guaranteeing driving time of the sensor application. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(110) receives profile data including information about a sensor device from the sensor device. A calculating unit(120) calculates preservation energy for a sensor application corresponding to the sensor device by using the profile data. CONSTITUTION: A communication apparatus confirms availability for LDR of one or more nodes. The communication apparatus establishes one or more links of a group. The communication apparatus transmits a data frame to one or more nodes(710). The communication apparatus receives an acknowledge signal for the data frame transmitted by multi radio according to the confirmed LDR availability(730).

PURPOSE: A transmission and reception apparatus and method thereof for using low rate wake-up preamble are provided to receive PHY frame which is sampled at full rate. CONSTITUTION: A PHY layer frame generating unit(120) generates a PHY frame by inserting a PHY header to a MAC frame. A narrow band header inserting unit(130) inserts the sampled narrow band header into the PHY frame. A controller(140) determines whether it is necessary to insert the narrow band header. The controller determines whether to insert the narrow band header. The controller controls the narrow band header insertion unit.
