PURPOSE: An electrolyte film for fuel cells is provided to have excellent strength while suppressing acid component eruption. CONSTITUTION: An electrolyte film(13) for fuel cells is obtained by impregnating a polymerizable acid monomer(12) into a polymer film(10) which contains inorganic particles(11) surface-treated by a polymerizable double bond-containing surface treating agent; and polymerizing the polymerizable acid monomers. The amount of the polymer film is 1-50 weight% based on the 100.0 parts by weight of the polymer film. A membrane-electrode assembly for fuel cells comprises a fuel electrode; an oxygen electrode; and an electrolyte film for fuel cells, between the oxygen electrode and the fuel electrode. 고온?무가습의 조건 하에서도 안정되어 높은 프로톤 전도성을 가지는 고분자 전해질막, 이러한 고분자 전해질막을 제조할 수 있고, 또한 높은 생산성을 가지는 고분자 전해질막의 제조방법 및 이러한 고분자 전해질을 사용함으로써 높은 발전 특성을 가지는 연료전지를 제공한다. 산성 관능기를 가지는 (탄화수소계)고분자 전해질과, 유리산, 유리산과 루이스염기의 혼합물 또는 유리산과 유기염의 혼합물의 어느 1종으로 이루어진 유리산원을 극성 유기용매에 용해시킨 혼합용액을 습식 제막함으로써, 고분자 전해질에 유리산이 도프된 고분자 전해질막을 얻는 고분자 전해질막의 제조방법이 제공된다.

PURPOSE: A method of preparing a polymer electrolyte membrane is provided to prepare a polymer electrolyte membrane that is stable even at high temperatures in non-humidified conditions, thereby having high proton conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A method of preparing a polymer electrolyte membrane comprises: preparing a mixed solution by dissolving a polymer electrolyte in a polar organic solvent, the polymer electrolyte having an acidic functional group and one free acid source selected from the group consisting of a free acid, mixtures of a free acid and Lewis acid, and mixtures of a free acid and an organic salt; and subjecting the mixed solution to wet membrane formation in order to prepare a polymer electrolyte membrane in which the polymer electrolyte is doped with the free acid.
