PURPOSE: A signal processing device is provided to generate a uniform oscillation signal by generating bias voltages after tracking temperature variation and controlling the bias current of an internal circuit according to the bias voltages. CONSTITUTION: A current bias circuit(110) generates bias voltages for supplying a bias current regardless of temperature variation by tracking temperature variation based on a control voltage which is outputted from a band gap reference circuit. A ring oscillator(120) compares differential output signals which are generated according to the bias voltages and generates an oscillation signal as the comparison result.
Abstract:
A circuit and a method for increasing the operational speed of an amplification circuit are provided to perform rapid switching and operate in a high frequency by reducing the settling time of an output voltage. A circuit for increasing the operational speed of an amplification circuit(300) includes a first capacitor(CP), a second capacitor(CN), and a switch array. The switch array serially connects the first capacitor and the second capacitor between a first node(N1) which supplies a first voltage level and a second node(N2) which supplies a second voltage level in response to a first control signal(FR_ON), or separates the first capacitor and the second capacitor from the first node and the second node and cross-connects the first capacitor and the second capacitor. The switch array adjusts the capacitance of the first and second capacitors in response to a second control signal.
