Abstract: A refrigerator is provided to surely convert rotation motion of a rotation element to straight motion of a pressing element through gear or link connection, and prevent generation of slippage at a portion where the rotation element presses the pressing element, thereby preventing damage or noise generation of door handles. A refrigerator includes doors(11) mounted to a main body(10), and door handles(21) mounted to the doors. Each of the door handles includes a rotation element(40) engaged with the door rotatively, and a pressing element(50) mounted to the door and moving to and fro to press the main body. A gear connection part includes a pinion gear(47) mounted to the rotation element and a rack gear(54) mounted to the pressing element to be engaged with the pinion gear, wherein rotation motion of the rotation element is converted to the reciprocating motion of the pressing element. A restoring spring(60) returns the rotation element to an initial position thereof.

Abstract: An ice supply device and a refrigerator having the same.
