Abstract: 본 발명은 BGA패키지의 솔더볼을 검사하고 나서 트레이를 상, 하 위치를 전환하여 마크검사를 용이하게 할 수 있도록 한 BGA패키지의 마크검사장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은 BGA패키지의 솔더볼과 마크 외관검사를 효율적으로 실시할 수 있는 BGA패키지의 마크검사장치를 제공하는데 있다.
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 의한 BGA패키지의 마크검사장치는 BGA패키지들을 담은 트레이들을 로딩한 로더부; 상기 BGA패키지들의 솔더볼들을 외관검사하는 솔더볼 검사부; 상기 솔더볼 외관검사 완료한 BGA패키지들의 상, 하면을 전환시키기 위해 상기 트레이의 상, 하면을 전환시키는 트레이 전환부; 상기 전환된 트레이 내의 BGA패키지들의 마크을 외관검사하는 마크검사부; 상기 마크검사 완료한 트레이를 언로딩하는 언로더부; 그리고 상기 각부 사이에서 상기 트레이를 이송하는 이송수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
따라서, 본 발명은 트레이에 담겨진 BGA패키지의 마크외관검사를 솔더볼 검사와 함께 콘베어에 의해 연속적으로 이송하면서 이룩할 수 있어 BGA패키지의 마크외관검사를 단순화하여 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A scroll method and a device thereof are provided to increase operation convenience by easily indicating various scroll screens through a touch operation. CONSTITUTION: A touch event processor(101) senses the circular data touch by calculating the inputted coordinate value. A controller(100) scrolls the current displayed scrollable screen by the circular data touch. The touch event processing unit senses the straight drag touch before sensing the circular data touch. Abstract: PURPOSE: A tape/reel-typed semiconductor chip sealing equipment is provided to stably guarantee a sealing state of a cover tape without causing abrupt thermal shock to the cover tape and a carrier tape. CONSTITUTION: A stage(101) is included in a main body. A carrier tape(4) having a plurality of pockets(5) is supplied to the stage. Semiconductor chips supplied from the exterior are contained inside the pockets. A pair of guide tracks(60) guides the state that the carrier tape is transferred, while being mounted in the stage. A cover tape(3) seals the pockets of the carrier tape moving along the guide track. Abstract: PURPOSE: A tray feed device is provided to prevent semiconductors transferred on a tray from separation even when the tray stops suddenly or collides with an external material.
