Abstract: A network apparatus and an address allocating method are provided to perform the communication between devices smoothly according to the allocated network addresses. A storage member(110) stores an address of the first device within the first network among plural networks. A control member(120) allocates an address, so that the address of the second device in the second network among plural networks is not overlapped with an address of the first device. When there is the previously allocated address in the second device, the control member checks the overlap with the address of the first device. When the previously allocated address is overlapped with the address of the first device, the control member allocates again the address of the second device. The first network is a component network and the second network is a backbone network.
