Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a laser handpiece, which changes a trace of laser beam conveniently in a narrow space by using a laser fiber as the first method for changing a beam trace. CONSTITUTION: A laser fiber irradiates laser beam generated from a laser beam output unit. A lens for collimating makes a laser beam irradiated by the laser fiber into a parallel ray. A trace of a laser beam outputted through the lens for collimating is changed by a prism and a trace of a laser beam outputted through the prism is finally altered by a reflecting mirror. A focusing lens focuses a laser beam reflected by the reflecting mirror and irradiates to a target. The laser fiber, the lens for collimating, the prism, the reflecting mirror and the focusing lens are kept in a main body. The lens for collimating and the prism are used as the first method for changing a beam trace. The reflecting mirror is the second method for changing a beam trace.
