Abstract: PURPOSE: A voice call service device of a mobile communication system and a method thereof are provided to prevent disconnection of a voice call when an SRVCC(Single Radio Voice Call Continuity) source RAT and a destination RAT are not supported in UE(User Equipment). CONSTITUTION: When an SRVCC source RAT and a target RAT are not supported in UE, E-UTRAN/UTRAN/GERAN transmits an Attach/TAU/RAU accept including IMSVoPS indicator=1 to the UE(235). When the SRVCC source RAT and the target RAT are not supported in the UE, the E-UTRAN/UTRAN/GERAN transmits the Attach/TAU/RAU accept including the IMSVoPS indicator=1 to the UE(227). The UE receives the Attach/TAU/RAU accept. When an IMSVoPS indicator value is 1, the E-UTRAN uses an IMS(Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem) voice call.
