    Abstract: An array substrate, a display panel having the array substrate and a method of manufacturing the display panel are provided to form protrusions for preventing spacers from moving so as to restrain the spacers from moving to a pixel electrode using the protrusions to improve display quality. An array substrate includes a base substrate(110), a gate line, a first insulating layer(120), a data line, a TFT(Thin Film Transistor), a second insulating layer(130), a pixel electrode(140), and spacers(150). The gate line is formed on the base substrate in a first direction and includes an extended portion protruded to a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The first insulating layer is formed on the base substrate to cover the gate line. The data line is formed on the first insulating layer in the second direction. The TFT is electrically connected to the gate line and the data line. The second insulating layer is formed on the first insulating layer to cover the data line and the TFT and includes protrusions for preventing the spacers from moving. The protrusions are formed along both sides of the gate line. The pixel electrode is formed on the second insulating layer and electrically connected to the TFT. The spacers are disposed on the second insulating layer between neighboring protrusions.
