Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for providing a help message in a mobile phone and a method thereof are provided to offer help message for newly updated functions, changed functions, or rarely used functions. CONSTITUTION: A control unit selects recommended help message based on weighted value of each help message which is set by the usage frequency and update state of each function(303). The control unit displays the selected help message at one side of a display unit(305). The control unit decreases the weighted value corresponding to the selected recommended help message by the predetermined size(307).

Abstract: A method and a system for processing of purchasing goods with a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal thereof are provided to enable a user to buy goods in an Internet shopping mall irrespective of time/space by comparing goods information received from the Internet shopping mall, and remove inconvenience of connecting to the Internet shopping mall again in order to buy the goods. Each shopping mall data server(310-314) transmits selected goods information to the mobile terminal(330) of a buyer and transmits order confirmation data to the mobile terminal by analyzing order request information received from a payment server(340). The mobile terminal displays the goods information received from the shopping mall data servers and requests a payment approval for the goods selected by the buyer from a payment service provider. The payment server of the payment service provider performs the approval and transmits goods order request data to the shopping mall data server. The mobile terminal includes a memory, a key input part, a display part, and a controller.
