Abstract: PURPOSE: A file system configuration method for data security and an apparatus thereof and a method and a device for accessing a data security region made of the same and a data storage device thereof are provided to locate a security region in the outside of a file system area that a window manages, thereby preventing people from looking at the security region during a normal state. CONSTITUTION: A controller(23) generates the first file system format suitable for a general region. The controller stores the first file system format in a buffer. The controller generates the second file system format of a security region. The controller stores the second file system format in the buffer. When an authenticated user approaches to the security region, the user can read data stored in the general region but can not write data.
