촬영 준비 시간의 단축이 가능하여 신속하게 검사를 수행할 수 있으며, 제작 비용을 감소할 수 있는 환자용 테이블 및 이를 포함하는 엑스레이 촬영시스템을 개시한다. 본 발명의 엑스레이 촬영에 사용되는 환자용 테이블은, 방사선이 투과될 수 있는 재질로 마련된 천판, 천판을 지지하는 지지부, 천판에 결합되며, 환자의 신체의 일부가 위치할 수 있는 받침부, 받침부에 결합되는 거치대를 포함한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An X-ray imaging system is provided to enable testers to easily prepare patient postures required for image taking, thereby reducing the preparation time for image taking and enabling a test to be quickly performed. CONSTITUTION: A patient table(20) includes a top plate(22) and a frame part(21). A supporting part(25) to support the top plate from the floor is prepared at the bottom of the top plate. Multiple supporting stands(23,24) are installed at the supporting part in a retractable way in order to adjust the height of the patient table. The frame part is installed at the edge of the patient table in order to supplement the rigidity of the top plate. A resting part(30) is rotatably combined with the top plate, and a holding unit(33) is rotatably combined with the resting part.

A nonvolatile organic bistable memory devices utilizing nanoparticles embedded in polymer thin films acting as a charge capture region and manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance the reproducibility by forming the plurality of device having same characteristic in the same substrate. The first electrode is formed on the substrate(S1). The nano-particle layer is formed on the first electrode. The metal compound powder is dissolved by solvent and the mixture is manufactured. The mixture is in is formed the spin coating and the film is formed on the substrate having the first electrode by spin coating. The oxidizing heat treatment is performed on the substrate to remove the solvent. The metal oxide semiconductor nanoparticle is formed by oxidation(S2). The polymer layer is formed on the nano-particle layer(S3). The second electrode is formed on the polymers layer(S4).
