Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical signal distributer is provided to be capable of arranging a distributer on a matrix shape and have a high optical efficiency by using an optical signal distributer. CONSTITUTION: A circular spring(28) is elastically supported to a post(26) mounted on a base(15) so to be capable of rotating. A micro mirror(30) reflecting an optical signal is mounted on the circular spring(28). A magnetic driving unit includes a solenoid and a magnetic body(38) rotating a micro mirror in the aid of a power from the magnetic driving source. An auxiliary electrode is provided around the micro mirror(30) in order to control the angle of the micro mirror(30). An upper auxiliary electrode(36) is formed on one side of the micro mirror(30) with one body, and a lower auxiliary electrode(37)is mounted on the base(15) so as to arrange it opposite direction of the upper auxiliary electrode(36).

Abstract: 베이스와, 베이스 위에 장착된 한 쌍의 포스트와, 포스트에 의해 지지된 회전형 스프링과, 회전형 스프링에 고정 결합되어 광신호를 반사시키거나 통과시키도록 된 마이크로 미러와, 마이크로 미러를 1차적으로 회동시키기 위한 자기 구동 수단과, 마이크로 미러의 회전 각도를 2차적으로 조절할 수 있도록 마이크로 미러의 주위에 설치된 보조 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광신호 분배기가 개시되어 있다.
이 광신호 분배기는 마이크로 미러가 정전력 및 자기력에 의해 베이스면에 대해 수직으로 직립되도록 함으로써 광신호가 정확하게 전송되고, 광효율이 양호하며, 공간을 차지하는 부피가 작아 조밀도가 높은 메트릭스 형태로 배열할 수 있다.
