Abstract: PURPOSE: A semi-auto closing device and a refrigerator having the same are provided to improve the closing force of a door and reduce the costs by simplifying the structure thereof. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator comprises a main body (10), a storage chamber, a door (30), upper and lower hinge modules, a door cap (60), an auto closing lever (110), and a cam member (120). The door cap is coupled to the top of the door and has a hinge receiving part (61) for receiving the extension of the upper hinge module therein. The auto closing lever transfers elastic force to the door when the door is closed. The cam member touches the auto closing lever when the door is closed to transfer the elastic force from the auto closing lever to the door.
