Abstract: PURPOSE: An LCD TFT array substrate is provided to easily repair the white defect of pixels in spite of a thick organic insulating film between pixel electrodes and gate lines by providing repair parts overlapping the gate lines to a conductive pattern or repair parts overlapping the conductive pattern to the gate lines. CONSTITUTION: An LCD TFT array substrate includes gate lines(121) formed on an insulating substrate traversely, and a gate insulating film covering the gate lines. Repair parts(178) are overlapping the gate lines via the gate insulating film for simply changing white defect caused by the floating of pixel electrodes(190) or common voltage application, into black defect in which pixels are not distinguishable. Even though the gate lines are not easy to become short from the pixel electrodes by laser radiation owing to the thick insulating film(protecting film), the pixel electrodes are transmitted with a gate off voltage mostly by making the repair parts short from the gate lines by radiating the laser beams to the repair parts, since the repair parts are electrically connected to the pixel electrodes.
