The user terminal device comprises: a communication unit which communicates with the electronic device; an audio processing unit which processes an audio source to be transmitted to the electronic device; and a control unit which adjusts the sound volume of the audio source based on a referential audio volume unit of the electronic device, and controls the adjusted audio source so that it is transmitted to the electronic device by streaming.

PURPOSE: A vehicle management system using a mobile terminal and a method are provided to effectively control the movement of a vehicle using information collected from the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal (100) receives information to validate a vehicle managing terminal and contains a vehicle validation section which authorizes the vehicle managing terminal based on the received information; a terminal information collection section which collects the information related to the control of the vehicle; and a terminal information supplying section which provides the collected information to the vehicle managing terminal validated. The information provided to the vehicle managing terminal is used to control devices contained in the vehicle from the vehicle managing terminal. A vehicle managing method by the mobile terminal comprises a step that receives information to validate the vehicle managing terminal; a validation step in which the vehicle managing terminal is validated based on the received information; a collecting step which collects the information related to the control; and a supplying step which provides the collected information to the vehicle managing terminal validated. The information provided to the vehicle managing terminal is used to control the devices contained in the vehicle from the vehicle managing terminal. PURPOSE: A control device using a portable device and a method thereof are provided to control a vehicle head unit by using a portable device. CONSTITUTION: When a user input for controlling a vehicle head unit is generated, a signal strength measurement unit(550) measures the reception strength of a signal transmitted from a signal generation device. A communication unit(540) transmits the measurement value of the reception strength to the vehicle head unit. The present invention provides a navigation system, which displays a wider area in a traveling direction in a set route in advance after the navigation system takes a turning when approaching a turning point, and a control method thereof. The navigation system comprises: an image processing unit which processes an image including a map for navigation and a route to the destination; a display unit which displays an image processed by the image processing unit; and a control unit which controls the image processing unit in order to display an area in the traveling direction on a route based on the turning point when the navigation system approaches the turning point of the route. Accordingly, when the navigation system approaches the turning point, the navigation system takes a turning and then displays a wider area in the traveling direction in the set route in advance, thereby allowing a user to see the area in the traveling direction in the set route at the turning point in advance. Therefore, the user can recognize the surroundings in advance and promptly cope with the changes in the route and movement.

A firmware upgrade announcing system and a method thereof are provided to maintain/manage information about a firmware and portable terminal by using a flute session of the DVB-H. A firmware upgrade announcing system comprises the followings: a portable terminal(230) in which a firmware is installed; a firmware storage server(210) storing a upgraded firmware having higher version than that of the firmware; and a firmware information announcing server(220) which receives the version information of the upgraded firmware from the firmware storage server, and transmits the information to the portable terminal through the DVB-H flute session.

PURPOSE: A device and a method for converting a screen state in a portable terminal is provided to change a state of a screen which is outputted through a simple touch input. CONSTITUTION: A screen converting unit(104) outputs a central point for screen rotation if a touch input for moving a screen is canceled. The screen converting unit rotates a screen during outputting the screen with a central point as the center. The screen converting unit outputs a central point for the screen rotation in a location where a touch input for moving a screen is canceled. If a touch input is not detected during constant time, the screen converting unit cancels outputting a central point for the screen rotation.
