Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for reserving a call of a subscriber of a different switching center by using a No.7 signal is provided to allow an exchange to form a speech path between an origination subscriber and a destination subscriber and provide a reserved call immediately when the destination subscriber is recovered. CONSTITUTION: When a subscriber dials a call reservation code, an exchange of the origination subscriber receives the call reservation code(532), constructs and transmits a call reservation registration primitive to an exchange of a destination subscriber(533), and waits for a result from the exchange of the destination subscriber(534). The exchange of the destination subscriber receives the call reservation registration primitive(556), translates the number of the destination subscriber(557), and checks whether the destination subscriber is available for a call reservation registration(558). If the destination subscriber is available, the exchange of the destination subscriber transmits a call reservation registration result message to the exchange of the origination subscriber(559), stores call reservation information(560), and transits the destination subscriber to a call reservation registration state(561). In this case, the exchange of the origination subscriber receives the call reservation registration result message from the exchange of the destination subscriber(538), stores the call reservation information(536), connects a registration success sound to the origination subscriber and transits the origination subscriber to a call reservation state(537).

3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
발신측 교환기와 착신측 교환기에서, 호예약시 발신측 교환기에서 호예약 등록 요구 메세지를 출력하고 착식측 교환기가 수신되는 메세지에 따라 호예약 정보를 저장하고 응답 메세지를 출력하는 동시에 호예약 등록상태로 천이하며, 응답 메세지를 수신하는 발신측 교환기가 호예약 정보를 저장하고 호예약 상태로 천이한다. 그리고 호예약 등록 상태의 착신측 교환기가 착신가입자의 상태를 검사하여 휴지 상태일 시 호예약 서비스 요구 메세지를 출력하며, 발신측 교환기가 호예약 서비스 요구 메세지에 의해 발신가입자의 상태를 검사하며 발신가입자가 휴지 상태일 시 발신 및 착신측 교환기가 발신가입자와 착신가입자의 통화로를 형성하여 예약된 호를 서비스한다.

교환기에서 호 예약시 착신가입자가 복구하는 즉시 발신가입자와 착신가입자의 통화로를 형성하여 예약된 호를 서비스할 수 있다.
