Abstract: A slide type mobile terminal is provided to easily close an opened terminal by using a driving force of the second driving unit, diversity designs and opening/closing operations of the mobile terminal, and prevent the window of a display unit from being contaminated by fingerprints. The first driving unit(201) is interposed between the first housing(101) and the second housing(102) and provides a driving force for moving the second housing(102) to a position at which a portion of the first housing(101) is opened.
