Abstract: An electronic device which has a foldable display of the present invention includes a flexible display including a first display area, a second display area, and a third display area; an upper cover which cannot be folded and is installed in the rear side of the first display area of the flexible display in a size which corresponds to the size of the first display area; a lower cover which cannot be folded, is installed in the rear side of the second display area of the flexible display in a size which corresponds to the size of the second display area, and forms an internal space under the rear side of the second display area; a foldable flexible member which is installed in the rear side of the third display area of the flexible display in a size which corresponds to the size of the third display area; and a control substrate and a battery which are installed in the internal space of the lower cover. The flexible display can be folded in the third display area.
