    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and device for providing an UI are provided to supply a user-friendly menu which does not disturb a user to view. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(122) receives a movement signal from a pointing device(110) which includes a pointing function in a state in which a pointer displayed on a display screen is not generated.
