    Abstract: A biochemical analyzer in which the internal temperature is controllable is provided to satisfy both of the optimal temperature condition of energy source and the optimal temperature condition of reaction using biosample. The biochemical analyzer in which the internal temperature is controllable comprises: the microfluidic apparatus-mounting space(110) including the tool for supporting the microfluidic apparatus-mounting space detachably and having the electromagnetic wave incident region; energy source mounting space(140) including the energy source irradiating the electromagnetic wave energy; and a partition for separating the microfluidic apparatus-mounting space from the energy source mounting space to inhibit heat transfer therebetween, having the transparent window through which the electromagnetic wave energy is able to be passed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A microfluidic device for measuring glucosylated hemoglobin value is provided to check blood glucose of a patient with diabetes and to prevent complication. CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic device comprises: an inlet(10) for injecting blood; a reagent chamber(20) having a hemolysis reagent; a hemolysis chamber(30) which is connected to the inlet and reagent chamber and lyzes blood; a hemoglobinometry chamber(60) which is connected to the hemolysis chamber and is a space for measuring blood hemoglobin; and a glucosylated hemoglobin measuring chamber(50) which is connected to the hemolysis chamber.
