Provided are a method for manufacturing a device with nano pores including a gold layer to which a matter including a thiol group is attached and a method for efficiently analyzing nucleic acid by using the same. the present invention includes a step of forming a first gold layer by enabling gold to be touched with a first substrate; a step of forming a first matter layer by enabling a first matter to be touched with the formed first gold layer; a step of forming the nano pores; and a step of attaching the matter including the thiol group to the first gold layer of the inner wall surface of the nano pores.

PURPOSE: A biomolecule detecting device having a plurality of electrodes is provided to introduce additional electrodes near to a nanopore, thereby easily guiding particles having electric charges to the nanopore. CONSTITUTION: A biomolecule detecting (100) includes a nanopore element (110), a water tank (101), and a power unit (120). The nanopore element includes a nanopore (111) of a nanosized diameter. The water tank is arranged on the rear surface of the nanopore element. The power unit forms an electric field around the nanopore. The power unit includes a first electrode arranged on the front surface of the nanopore element; a second electrode arranged inside the water tank in the rear side of the nanopore element; and a third electrode arranged around an inlet of the nanopore between the first and second electrodes.

PURPOSE: An RSS channel information providing method, a system thereof, and a portable terminal using the same are provided to easily offer information desired by a user by supporting selection of a user for an RSS channel. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal(100) writes an RSS channel information request message. A gateway(300) searches RSS channel address information classified with a category which is the same with the RSS channel in database(350). The gateway writes a second channel address information request message and the RSS channel information, when the other RSS channel information is not included in database. A web server(400) transmits an RSS channel information response message to the portable terminal through the gateway.

A secondary service offer method and a system of a portable terminal using a secondary service list, and a portable terminal using the same are provided to announce various services offered by each service provider to portable terminals, and the portable terminals make the announce services to be used. A radio frequency unit(110) receives a secondary service list from a secondary service providing server. A display unit(140) outputs a received secondary service list as described above. A controller(160) produces an associated service set up message including the key-string. The key-string comes under the associated service item selected in the secondary service list. The controller transmits the associated service set up message with the secondary service providing server through the radio frequency unit.

광전소자및 이를포함하는전자장치에관해개시되어있다. 개시된광전소자는광활성층을포함할수 있고, 상기광활성층은광에의해전하를생성하는나노구조층및 상기나노구조층에인접된반도체층을포함할수 있다. 상기나노구조층은양자점을포함할수 있다. 상기반도체층은산화물반도체를포함할수 있다. 상기광전소자는상기광활성층의서로다른영역에접촉된제1 전극및 제2 전극을포함할수 있다. 상기광전소자와유사한구성을갖는복수의광전변환요소가수평방향으로배열되거나수직방향으로적층될수 있다. 상기복수의광전변환요소는칼라필터없이서로다른파장대역의광을흡수/검출하도록구성될수 있다.
