Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical element transferring device and a photographing device with the same are provided to apply additional power for preventing a tilt of an optical element to a movable member, thereby precisely controlling a position of the optical element. CONSTITUTION: An optical element transferring device(100) comprises a base(10), a movable member(20), a magnet(30), a coil(22), and a magnetic body(23). The movable member supporting an optical element is arranged to be moved in one direction with respect to the base. The magnet is extend-arranged in the base along a moving direction of the movable member. The coil is joined to the movable member and generates a magnetic field when electrical signals are applied. The magnetic body is arranged in the movable member and applies power to the movable member in a direction forward the magnet by a magnetic force action.
