PURPOSE: A watermarking method for hacking extraction, an apparatus thereof, a hacking content blocking method thereof, and an apparatus thereof are provided to efficiently block content by inserting a watermark for hacking extraction into content. CONSTITUTION: A decoding unit(320) decodes content bit stream. A watermark generating unit(330) generates device information received from a receiving device and generates watermark data by using device information. A watermark inserting unit(340) inserts the watermark data into the decoded content and generates watermarking content. An encoding unit(350) encodes the watermarking content and converts the watermarked content bit stream. PURPOSE: A data hiding information insertion method and a device thereof are provided to insert hiding information by modulating images or image data. CONSTITUTION: An information insertion device calculates the standard deviation of all the pixel values in the image data and the average value of all the pixel values by dividing the image data based on a predetermined block unit (S601, S603). The device quantizes the average value by using a predetermined quantization space by setting the quantization space based on a scaling factor and the calculated standard deviation (S605, S607). The device modulates the image data by comparing the quantized average value with the hiding information (S610-S611). PURPOSE: A method and a device for inserting hiding information into data are provided to offer a high allowable error range by using a relative information hiding technology. CONSTITUTION: An information insertion device executes frequency conversion with a block unit by dividing data (S610). The device constructs a matrix by using one or more DC values obtained from the block (S620). The device controls a specificity value according to hiding information (S630). The device individually updates the matrix receiving the controlled specific value and converts the DC value of each block according to the updated matrix (S640). 컨텐츠 제공 장치, 디스플레이 장치 및 단말 장치를 포함하는 정보 제공 시스템이 개시된다. 정보 제공 시스템은 워터마크를 생성하고 컨텐츠의 기 설정된 위치에 실시간으로 삽입하여 전송하는 컨텐츠 제공 장치, 워터마크가 삽입된 컨텐츠를 수신하여 출력하는 디스플레이 장치 및 디스플레이 장치로부터 워터마크가 포함된 컨텐츠의 영상 및 사운드 중 적어도 하나를 입력받아 워터마크를 인식하고 워터마크로부터 식별 정보를 추출하여 대응되는 부가 정보를 출력하는 단말 장치를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 다양한 방법으로 워터마크를 삽입하고 추출하여 사용자에게 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

사용자 단말의 컨텐츠 복호화 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 컨텐츠 복호화 방법은, 타 사용자 단말로부터 사용자 단말의 식별 정보 중 고유 식별 정보를 이용하여 암호화된 컨텐츠를 수신하는 단계, 사용자 단말의 고유 식별 정보를 서버로 전송하는 단계, 서버로부터 상기 사용자 단말의 고유 식별 정보에 대응되는 복호화 키를 수신하는 단계 및 수신된 복호화 키를 이용하여 암호화된 컨텐츠를 복호화하는 단계를 포함한다.
