Abstract: PURPOSE: A transceiving device of resource allocating information and method thereof is provided to minimize a bit overhead. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter(1415) transmits folding bitmap and resource allocation information including a ZF(Zone Flag) bit. The folding bitmap shows zone configuration information about zones including a sub-frame. The ZF bit expresses whether the last zone among the zones is allocated to a first service zone or is allocated to a second service zone. The resource allocation information includes the number of the first service zones allocated in a total resource area and a folding bitmap expressing the size and the location information of the first service zones.
