    Abstract: An out focusing method and a photographing apparatus using the same are provided to overcome limits of a lens and CCD(Charge Coupled Device) and supply an image applied with out focusing effects through a user interface. A controller determines whether a subject area is set(S410). If so, the controller detects an edge of the subject, and controls an edge detector so as to display the detected edge area of the subject(S420). The controller determines whether an exact edge is detected(S430). If so, the controller determines whether an out focusing option is set(S440). If so, the controller controls an image processor so as to output an image applied with out focusing effects according to the set options(S450).

    Abstract: A message transmission method and a communication device applied therewith are provided to offer an origination number searching function in case of message transmission, thereby easily setting the third telephone number with an origination number while a user does not have to input the origination number directly. A controller decides whether a message inputting action is completed(S310). If so, the controller decides whether an origination number searching function is selected(S320). If so, and if a name is selected by a user from a list searched according to a searching condition, the controller sets a telephone number corresponding to the selected name in an origination number input field(S330). The controller controls a wireless transceiver to transmit a message to an inputted receiving number(S340).
