Abstract: PURPOSE: A poly(ferrocenyl)silane-based polymer capable of producing a polymer film with improved electrical property, a producing method thereof, and the polymer film are provided to simplify a producing process of the polymer. CONSTITUTION: A poly(ferrocenyl)silane-based polymer contains a recurring unit marked with chemical formula 1, a recurring unit marked with chemical formula 2, and a recurring unit marked with chemical formula 3. In chemical formulas, Fc is a ferrocenylene group marked with marked with chemical formula 4a. DFc is a diferrocenyl silane-based linker marked with chemical formula 4b. A polymer film contains a substrate, and the poly(ferrocenyl)silane-based polymer.
