Abstract: A refrigerator is provided to mount a magnet and a magnet inducing element at opposite positions on a door and a main body of the refrigerator, thereby helping a user to open the door with a small force. A refrigerator includes a main body(10) having a storing chamber, and a door(12) for opening or closing the storing chamber and mounted with a door handle(15). A door opening/closing unit has a slide unit(40) mounted to the door to slide according to the manipulation of the door handle. A magnet(41) is mounted to the slide unit. A magnet inducing element(35) is mounted to the main body at a position facing the magnet to apply pulling force at the facing position.
