    Abstract: The present invention aims to provide: a DNA probe which directly and precisely measures interaction between a DNA and a protein; a method for measuring binding force of a target protein; and a method for detecting a target protein. The method for measuring interaction between a DNA and a protein includes the steps of: preparing a nucleic acid probe wherein nucleic acid is attached on a probe located on an end portion of a cantilever of an atomic force microscopy (AFM); measuring force generate while the nucleic acid probe approaches the target protein and then gets away from the target protein; and analyzing interaction between the nucleic acid and the target protein from a measured value of displacement of the cantilever.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for distinguishing target cells are provided to distinguish a target cell in a biological sample by an elasticity value. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for distinguishing target cells comprises a cantilever, a tip, a measuring unit, and a converting unit. The cantilever has a fixing end and a free end, and is elastically modified. The tip is placed on the free end of the cantilever and contacts the surface of cells. The measuring unit is connected to the fixing end of the cantilever, and measures a repulsive power depending on the elastic deformation of the cantilever.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A transistor using a myelin layer is provided to form a gate insulating film, thereby operating a transistor with a low voltage. CONSTITUTION: A gate insulating film(130) includes a myelin layer. The gate insulating film is adjacent to a gate(120). A channel layer(140) is separated from the gate by the gate insulating film. The channel layer is formed of an organic semiconductor. A source(150) and a drain(160) are formed on both sides of the channel layer.
