컨텐츠에 대한 효율적인 네비게이션이 가능하게 하는 검색정보 생성방법 및 이를 적용한 영상기기가 제공된다. 본 검색정보 생성방법에 따르면, 검색된 화면들 중 일부를 추출하여 저장하고, 상기 저장된 화면들을 이용하여 검색 정보를 생성한다. 이에 의해, 보다 간편한 방법으로 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 검색 정보를 생성할 수 있게 된다. 또한, 검색된 화면 자체를 검색 정보로 생성함으로써, 사용자로 하여금 보다 효율적인 네비게이션이 가능하게 하는 검색정보를 제공할 수 있게 된다. 검색 정보, 화면 정보, 히스토리
Abstract:
채널을 변경하는 디스플레이 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 디스플레이 장치는, 튜너부, 방송신호를 소정 기준에 따라 복수 개의 그룹으로 분류하여, 3차원 객체의 각 면에 매핑시키는 매핑부, 및, 3차원 객체의 일 면을 화면상에 디스플레이하여, 튜너부의 채널 변경 상태에 따라 3차원 객체의 디스플레이 면을 전환시키는 디스플레이부를 포함한다. 이에 따라, 채널 변경시, 방송신호 변경에 따른 정보를 제공하며, 시각적으로 안정된 채널 변경 화면을 제공한다.
Abstract:
A display device for changing a channel and a method therefor are provided to offer information according to the change of a broadcasting signal and a visually stable channel change picture by mapping the broadcasting signal to respective surfaces of a 3D object and rotating the 3D object in the change of the channel. A display device includes a tuner unit(110), a mapping unit(130), and a display unit(150). The mapping unit classifies broadcasting signals into a plurality of groups according to certain standards, and maps the classified groups to respective surfaces of a 3D object. The display unit displays one surface of the 3D object on a screen, and converts the display surface of the 3D object according to a channel change state of the tuner unit.

A method for reserving path resources in an IPv4(Internet Protocol version 4)/IPv6 integrated network system and a device therefor are provided to previously notify a start node of a tunnel session whether an RSVP(Resource Reservation Protocol) of a final node is supportable, as assigning IPv4 address information to an IPv6 host according to DSTM(Dual Stack Transition Mechanism), when resources are reserved by RSVP mechanism. A DSTM host(100) encapsulates an end-to-end path message and a tunnel path message, and transmits the encapsulated messages to a DSTM TEP(300)(S300). The DSTM TEP(300) stores end-to-end session information and tunnel session information, and decapsulates the end-to-end path message to send the decapsulated message to an IPv4 host(200)(S310). The IPv4 host(200) transmits an end-to-end reservation message to the DSTM TEP(300)(S320). The DSTM TEP(300) encapsulates the end-to-end reservation message, and transmits a tunnel reservation message as sending the encapsulated message to the DSTM host(100)(S330).

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for managing contents are provided to easily and conveniently classify desired contents. CONSTITUTION: If connection of at least one digital device is detected, an MDS(Media Docking Station) requests content information and digital device information to the connected digital devices(S203,S205). The MDS displays contents transmitted from the digital device and a digital device icon on a display unit(S207). The MDS sets a search word which classifies the contents according to an event based on user motion(S209). The MDS classifies contents including the search word in meta data(S211).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for inputting attribute information into a file are provided to input attribute information to easily search corresponding files by a desired keyword without respect to a folder structure of attribute information stored in another structure by a mobile device. CONSTITUTION: Attribute information is inputted to an attribute information input window. The inputted attribute information is generated by an attribute information GUI object. Attribute information of the GUI object displayed by a preset method is inputted. Files and attribute information icons read from mobile devices are displayed on a screen of a display unit. A user simply inputs attribute information to the file by an attribute information icons.
Abstract:
A method for generating search information and an image apparatus using the same are provided to generate a searched screen itself as search information, thereby enabling a user to perform efficient navigation through the search information. A part among searched screens is extracted(S410~S440). The extracted screens are stored(S460). Search information is generated by using the stored screens(S470). A search command is received. According to the search command, similarity between the searched screen and at least one of the stored screens is determined. If it is determined that at least one screen is similar, the search information or at least one of screens included in the search information is displayed together with the searched screen.
