Abstract: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to reduce the quantity of electromagnetic waves radiated from a circuit board by improving the structure of a protection plate. An LCD includes an LCD panel(100), a light source(500) emitting light to the LCD panel, a cover(150) for accommodating the light source, a circuit board(203) which is located at the backside of the cover and drives the LCD panel, and a protection plate. The protection plate includes a shielding part for covering the circuit board, a first bent part extended from the shielding part to the cover, and a second bent part is extended from the first bent part. The end of the second bent part comes into contact with the cover.
