Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for repairing gene sequences using a probe map are provided to accurately repair target sequences. CONSTITUTION: A method for repairing gene sequences using a probe map comprises: a step of arranging a probe on a target sequence based on probe-hybridized result(1201); a step of determining representative value of each arranged site based on statistic distribution(1202); and a step of repairing target sequences using the probe map in which determined representative value and probe sequence information are mapped(1203).
