Abstract: PURPOSE: A signal transmitter and a method thereof are provided to transmit a signal to a user selected by considering channel characteristics in an environment including a multi-antenna system. CONSTITUTION: A feedback determination unit(309) determines the transmission state of channel information by comparing the determined threshold value with the measured channel state value. A transmitter transmits channel information to a base station by using the allocated uplink resources according to the transmission state of the channel information. A threshold value determination unit(305) determines a threshold value according to the variation information. The threshold value determination unit provides the determined threshold value to the feedback determination unit.
