암 줄기 세포 또는 순환 종양 세포 분리용 조성물 및 키트, 및 생물학적 시료 중 암 줄기 세포, 순환 종양 세포를 분리하는 방법, 및 전이성 암의 진단 방법이 제공된다. 이를 이용하면 암 줄기 세포 또는 순환 종양 세포 분리를 효율적으로 분리 또는 검출하고, 전이성 암을 정확도와 민감도가 높게 진단할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a microfluidic device capable of easy capture of a target material and a method for separating a target material using the same device. According to the present invention, the microfluidic device includes a first channel and a filter unit, which is connected to enable a fluid to flow in and out to the first channel. The first channel includes a first area and a second area which are arranged to form a certain angle. The method for separating a target material using the microfluidic device includes a step of transferring a sample through the first channel and the filter unit after introducing the sample into the microfluidic device.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a device for inducing microflow of fluid. The device is installed on a rotation driving part and induces the fluid to flow by centrifugal force. The device includes: a lower structure including a microfluidic structure that comprises a collection chamber containing a target material separated from a sample, and a channel forming an inlet through which the target material enters into the collection member; an upper plate which forms an upper wall of the collection chamber and the channel; and a cover which is integrated into the upper plate and can be removed from the upper plate to open at least a portion of the collection chamber.
