    Abstract: A terminal device for feeding back channel information by using an MMSE receiving technique and a method using the same are provided to generate channel information considering interference due to another terminal, thereby improving performance of a communication system. A codebook storage unit(220) stores a codebook including a plurality of codeword vectors. An SINR(Signal to Interference and Noise Ratio) calculation unit(230) calculate an SINR(Signal to Interference and Noise Ratio) with regard to each codeword vector by using an MMSE(Minimum Mean Square Error) receiving technique. A target codeword vector selector(240) selects a target codeword vector fed back from a base station based on the calculated SINR.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for performing CoMP(Coordinated Multiple Point) communication in a wireless telecommunication system are provided to increase the efficiency of a CoMP transmission system after cell clustering.
