Abstract: A method for removing staff lines from a music score image is provided to recognize a music score accurately by removing staff lines from a music score image photographed in a cellular phone without compensating the additional inclination of the staff lines that requires many calculations. It is detected that a region where staff lines exit from an image including a music score(100,200), and the staff lines which are extended continuously in their lengths are split into several regions by considering the inclination of the staff lines(300). The each line of the staff line included at the music score is estimated at the split regions by analyzing a histogram(400). Based on the estimated staff line, the each line of the staff line included the music score is extracted(500). The extracted each line of the staff line is removed from the music score(600). When detecting the region where the staff line exist, the histogram is calculated and the distribution of the histogram is checked.

Abstract: 본 발명에 따른 영상 악보의 오선 제거 방법은 외부로부터 입력받은 영상에 포함된 악보 중에서, 적어도 하나의 행을 구비한 악보에 포함된 오선을 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 악보를 포함하는 영상에서 오선이 존재하는 영역을 검출하는 과정과, 오선의 기울기를 확인하고, 상기 기울기를 고려하여 길이방향으로 연속된 오선을 복수의 영역으로 분할하는 과정과, 영상의 히스토그램을 분석하여 분할된 각 영역에서 악보에 포함된 오선의 각 선을 추정하는 과정과, 추정된 상기 오선에 기초하여 악보에 포함된 오선의 각 선을 추출하는 과정과, 상기 과정에서 추출된 상기 오선의 각 선을 악보로부터 제거하는 과정을 포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A document management method for an image forming apparatus is provided to enable a user to easily manage documents by automatically generating file names and dividing the documents by the preset category. CONSTITUTION: A scanned document management method comprises steps of: scanning an image in which barcode is included; determining whether to performing an OCR(Optical Character Recognition) process for the scanned image using the barcode information; extracting the property of the scanned document by performing OCR by the result of the determination; and setting a file name for the scanned document using the extracted feature information and storing the scanned image.
