PURPOSE: A communication method of a base station and a terminal is provided to reduce the demand of feedback resources to an uplink channel and to improve the restoring performance of signals received in the base station. CONSTITUTION: A feedback controlling message is transmitted(210). The feedback controlling message includes information to target receiving power with respect to the feedback information of terminals in a base station. Information related to feedback modes with respect to the feedback information in the feedback controlling message and the channel quality information of the terminals transmitted according to the information to the target receiving power are received(220). The scheduling of the terminals is executed based on the channel quality information of the terminals(230).

PURPOSE: A communication system using outflow suppression technique of a low complexity is provided to set an optimum beam forming vector according to a JLS technique without deterioration of performance. CONSTITUTION: A communication system recognizes a channel vector between a target antenna and at least two base stations(210). The communication system determines execution of JLS algorithm 1(220). The communication system executes the JLS algorithm 1 if the communication system is determines as to execute the JLS algorithm 1(230). PURPOSE: A reference signal allocation method at the multicell environment, a management method, a network device applied with method thereof, and a terminal are provided to efficiently assign the reference signal pattern to a plurality of femto cells through the long-term coordination of the central control unit. CONSTITUTION: A central control unit receives the femto cell information from a network device located one or more femto cells which are adjacent to one or more neighbor cell respectively(504). The central control unit receives the reference signal reuse pattern information request signal from the network device of the femto cell(506). The central control unit transmits the reference signal reuse pattern information allocated according to the selected standards to the network device(508). The reference signal reuse pattern information is allocated with the selected standards for the adjacent cell and the femto cell located in the multicell environment to the time-sharing method.

PURPOSE: A target terminal and cooperation communication method of a cooperation terminal is provided to improve the quality of reception data by using cooperation between terminals in cell environment. CONSTITUTION: A target terminal requests cooperation to one or more neighbor terminals(410). The target terminal acquires information for transmission power requested by information for a cooperation method(420). The target terminal selects a cooperation terminal from one or more neighbor terminals based on the transmission power(430). The target terminal cooperatively communicate with the cooperation terminal according to a cooperation method(440).

PURPOSE: A recognition wireless communications system of a secondary system which recognizes interference by using the signal is provided to sense the signal of the primary user efficiently by sensing the signal of the primary user. CONSTITUTION: A signal receiving unit(610) receives a message signal from a primary user in a primary system and a secondary transmitter of a secondary system. The received signal comprises the component related to the signal known as the secondary transmitter. A determining unit(620) decides the signal of the primary user based on the component related to the signal known as the received signals.
