Abstract: A system and a method for providing a framework to determine whether a disease exists for a mobile health management service are provided to predict a specific disease based on probability and feeds back a user's response about a prediction result, thereby improving prediction accuracy according as more bio-signals and symptoms are accumulated. A method for providing a framework to determine whether a disease exists for a mobile health management service comprises the following steps. A DCAP(Disease Combination Appearance Probability) array is generated(120). The DCAP array indicates the probability that each bio-signal and symptom of a combination array appear in a disease group. The DCAP array is formed based on an appearing frequency of a normal group and an appearing frequency of a disease group.
