PURPOSE: A communication system supporting a plurality of bandwidths and a feedback resource allocating method thereof are provided to reduce the overhead of the control message by identifying the ACK/NACK feedback resources corresponding to each transmission data channel without the additional information for the position of ACK/NACK feedback resource. CONSTITUTION: The feed back channel signal for a first bandwidth is mapped to the resource of the control area in a subframe which is distinguished as the control areas(410a, 410b) and the data area(420a, 420b). A feedback channel signal of a second bandwidth is mapped into the resource of the data area.

PURPOSE: A method for determining transmission band of band combined system is provided to select one among transmission bands in communication terminals and connect to base station, thereby restraining resources to be concentrated in a specific transmission band. CONSTITUTION: A base station determines weight value information per transmission band(311). The base station transmits a preamble and broadcasting information through a broadcasting channel(313). A terminal obtains an initial alignment(315). The terminal determines primary band based on weight value information(317). The terminal requests connection to the base station through the primary band(319). The base station responds to connection request through a mapping band(323). The terminal performs communication with the base station(325).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method and a system for transmitting a physical downlink control channel for aggregating bandwidths in a mobile communication system are provided to obtain resource allocation information for the entire bandwidth even though a terminal decodes a only PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control CHannel) of a specific sub bandwidth. CONSTITUTION: A BS(Base Station) generates DCI(Downlink Control Information)(S430). The DCI includes resource allocation configuration information for a sub bandwidth except the sub bandwidth. The BS transmits the generated DCI to an MS(Mobile Station) through a PDCCH of a sub bandwidth. The resource allocation configuration information includes a carrier index, the first band switching flag, and a time flag.

PURPOSE: A device and a method for supporting a femto base station in a wireless communication system are provided to transfer a reference signal through an operating FA of a macro base station in the femto base station, thereby capturing a signal of the femto base station without changing an FA in a terminal communicating with the macro base station. CONSTITUTION: A femto BS(Base Station) monitors an IWS(Inter Working Signal) of an adjacent femto base station(1105). The femto BS transmits an unavailable IWS scrambling code index list to a macro BS(1107). The femto base station receives a short femto BS ID(1109). The femto base station determines an IWS scrambling code index(1111). The femto base station generates and encodes IWS contents(1113,1115). The femto base station transmits a scrambled IWS through an operation FA of the macro BS(1117).

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for supporting handover between a macro cell and a femto cell in a wireless communication system are provided to assign a reference signal to support the handover between the macro cell and the femto cell. CONSTITUTION: Setting information including scheduling information is transmitted to one or more adjacent femto base stations(1203). A control message including the setting information is broadcasted to a terminal(1205). A super frame including an IWS(Inter Working Signal) section is generated(1209). The generated super frame is transmitted through a downlink(1213).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for small cell discriminating in a hierarchical cell structure wireless communication system are provided to discriminate cells having low coverage based on a short length identifier. CONSTITUTION: A transmission unit(1210) converts a transmission signal into a signal format for the transmission through a wireless resource, and a reception unit(1220) restores data based on a signal received from a duplexer(1200). A control unit(1230) includes a message management unit(1232), and generates a message including a femto cell identifier allocated to a femto base station. In addition, the control unit transmits the generated message to a terminal through the transmission unit.
