Abstract: The present invention relates to a transformed silkworm expressing adiponectin proteins and a vector thereof. The present invention is characterized by adiponectin expression vector pB-A3-adiponectin-IRES-RFP (Deposit No. KCTC 12359BP) and adiponectin expression vector pB-Ser-adiponectin-IRES-RFP (Deposit No. KCTC 12360BP). In addition, the present invention is the silkworm transformed to each vector. Moreover, the present invention is a method for preparing the adiponectin through the silkworm.
