Abstract: The present invention relates to a marker composition for sex determination of bovine embryo, a kit for sex determination of bovine embryo comprising the marker; and a determination method. The marker composition of the present invention can determine the sex of bovine embryo with only a small amount of DNA of a few pg, and therefore, can be used in the Korean beef industry and dairy industry.
