    Abstract: PURPOSE: A photoelectrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell including a titanium dioxide nanotube layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize an electron loss by using nanotube type metal oxide. CONSTITUTION: A porous layer is made of metal oxide nanoparticles and is formed on a conductive substrate. The thickness of the porous layer is 3 to 15 um. The thickness of a nanotube type metal oxide layer is 3 to 30 um. The diameter of a pore of the metal oxide layer is 10 to 500 nm. The metal oxide layer is a TiO2 layer.
